Protective Cardboard Packaging & Padding

Zebra Paper specializes in a wide variety of protective packaging such as pallet liners, padding, slip sheets and anti-slip products. We stock over 5,000 tonnes of paperboard for converting and offer a wide range of grades and thicknesses including, reclaimed chipboard, liner boards, pasted and laminated chipboard.

Pallet Liners

Pallet liners are also known as tier sheets, skid protectors or pallet dividers or covers. These cardboard sheets are commonly used to protect finished products from damage on skids and throughout transportation. They can be used to promote stability on skid load and as interleafing between layers.

Available in New and Reclaimed paperboard grades in thicknesses 11pt – 120pt.

Protective Padding / Interleaf / Stiffeners

We are proud to offer a full line of custom converted and stock padding board, stiffeners and interleaf to ensure your products get packaged and shipped safely. We are capable of producing any size and quantity that can be packed loose on skids, bundled, shrink wrapped or boxed.

Available in all paperboard grades in thicknesses 8pt.-250pt.

Slip Sheets / Push Pulls

Slip sheets for forklift transport are an effective replacement for wooden pallets. They are manufactured from our new chipboards or unique reclaimed kraft paperboards. This new innovative method of unitization offers the following advantages:
  • No maintenance or repairs to pallets
  • Cut distribution costs
  • Lowers costs (slip sheets are 10% of the price of a pallet)
  • Maximize container utilization
  • Save pallet disposal costs
  • Reusable and recyclable
  • Hygienic (no need for special treated pallets for exporting)
  • No injuries due to splinters from wood pallets
  • Lightweight slip sheets only take up 1% of the space of wooden pallets

Anti Slip Sheets - We are a leading provider of anti-slip sheets. These come with a non-slip coating of small bumps with a high coefficient of friction polymer – so this coating does not stick to product. Anti-slip sheets offer excellent stability for items layered and palletized that require a high degree of stability.

Available in Recycled Paper. Thickness range 60 to 300 g/m2
